Minimum Attendance Requirement: 75%

Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in each subject to be eligible to appear in the semester end examinations as per YVU norms.

Condonation

65% – 74%: Condonation on medical grounds with supporting documents submitted within prescribed period.

Below 65%: Not eligible for examination. Must repeat the semester.

Important Notes
  • Attendance is recorded per subject separately
  • Late entries after 5 minutes marked absent
  • NSS/NCC/Sports events may be counted with principal approval
  • Parents notified when attendance falls below 75%
